She is survived by: her children, Tom (Shari), Deb (Bill), Tim (Lisa) and Kathleen (Mike); her grandchildren, Jeffrey, Corey, Kara-Lee, Joey, Nicole, Jessica and Drew; her great grandchildren, Finley, Natalie and Jack; and her sister Cathy Cook.
