It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of George Houle of Port Lambton, Ontario, who passed away on March 30, 2025, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Houle and Mary Houle (Toms); his wife Aileen Houle (Keen); and his siblings, Marie Hurst and Edward Houle.
He is survived by: his close friend Kellie Johnston (O'Neil); his stepdaughter Susan; and his brothers, Robert "Bob" Garsnell (Rita), Butch Houle (Colleen), Alex Houle (Sylvie) and Stephen Houle (Yvonne). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, family and friends.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, April 2nd 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Thursday, April 3rd 2025 at 12:00 PM. A funeral Mass was held on Thursday, April 3rd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Sacred Heart Church (466 John St, Port Lambton, ON N0P2H0).
As an expression of sympathy, donations to the Chatham-Kent Hospice or the St. Joseph's Hospice (Sarnia) may be left at the funeral home.
