Charles DeCaesteker Obituary

We are sad to announce that on February 27, 2022, at the age of 86, Charles DeCaesteker of Port Lambton, Ontario, born in Kingsville, Ontario passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilfred DeCaesteker and Mildred DeCaesteker (Fick); his brothers, Roger DeCaesteker and Rudy DeCaesteker; his brothers-in-law, Henry Ameloot (late Isabelle) and Michael Ameloot (late Mary Ann); and also, Achiel and Alice Ameloot.

He is survived by: his wife Nelly DeCaesteker (Ameloot); his children, Cheryl Byrne (Christopher), Trisha Brown (Todd) and Charles DeCaesteker; his grandchildren, Amy Lacy, Chad Bentley, Tracy Gillanders, Kerry Lawrence, Christa Ottolia, Wes Brown, Davis Brown, Karissa and Emma DeCaesteker; and his sisters, Mary Howard (John McGregor) and Maria DeCaesteker (Linda DeCaesteker). He is also survived by 9 great grandchildren, many aunts, cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.
