He was predeceased by: his son Bob (Helen); and his parents, Kenneth Hicks and Jean Nicholson. He is survived by: his wife Wanda Hicks; his son David (Jenifur); and his grandchildren, Maddy, Jacquie, Leo (Alannah), Paula, Margo, Henry and Oscar. He is also survived by his many friends and family.
