We are sad to announce that on July 22, 2021 we had to say goodbye to Toby Theodore Skinner (Port Hope, Ontario). You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Norma Elson; and his children, Gordon (Sandra), Sandra (Domenic Ninni), Stephanie (Les Kota) and Brian (Sharleen). He was also cherished by six grandchildren and many great-grandchildren.
