With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Thomas Collins (Port Hope, Ontario), who passed away on April 7, 2021 at the age of 60. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his granddaughter Lily; and his father Walter. He is survived by: his wife Michele; his children, Danielle (Bill) and Cody (Andrea); his grandchildren, Lydia, Claudia, Xander, Pheobe, Ryder, Mila, Peyton and Brooks; his siblings, Steve, Lynn and Eric; and also Thomasina.
