Ruth Margaret Roy Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ruth Margaret Roy (Port Hope, Ontario), who passed away on December 5, 2024, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband John Hayman Roy; her parents, Vernon Ralph and Mamie Lavina Yeomans Briggs; and her siblings, Keith M., Anne Lousie and Alexander Briggs.
She is survived by: her grandchildren, Katherine Grace, Mitchell David and Baillie Nicole Roy; and her siblings-in-law, Linda, Sandra and Robert. She is also survived by her many nieces, nephews, their partners and her step grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, December 20th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Ross Funeral Chapel (135 Walton St, Port Hope, ON L1A1N4).
