He is survived by: his girlfriend Lori; his children, Rachael (Steve), Kristy and Brad; his stepdaughters, Carly (Kurt) and Amanda (Andrew); his siblings, Rick, Laurie, Carol (Adrian), Jeanne and Tim; his siblings-in-law, Kim, Wendy (Bob) and Mark; his mother-in-law Marion; his nieces and nephews, Julie (Chris), Laurie (Scott), Savanna, Andy (Sahra), Steven and Tim; and his grandchildren, Jacob, Nathan, Eli and Sage.
