It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Maxwell Dale Smith (Port Hope, Ontario), who passed away on October 5, 2022, at the age of 34, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his grandfather Roy Clarke; and his uncle Darren Smith. He is survived by: his parents, Dale Smith (Tammy) and Barbara Clarke; his daughters, Isabelle, Candice and Sierra; his siblings, Bryton Stothart, Nicholas Stothart, Haley Stevenson (Trent) and Calvin Smith (Meaghan); his grandparents, Anne Marie Clarke, Marilyn Clarke, Connie and Ross Richardson; and his uncles, Garry Clarke and Ron Clarke. He is also survived by his many friends and large extended family.
