With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Joan Coates (Port Hope, Ontario), who passed away on August 5, 2021 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her sisters, Alma Tanner (Jim), Audrey Heard (Merwin), Evelyn Turcotte (Bert) and Madeline Crooks (Bill). She is survived by: her nieces and nephews, Robert Turcotte, Gail Heard, Linda Tanner, Duane Crooks and Diane Heard; and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Matthew, Jennifer and Kyle.
