She was predeceased by: her sister Betty Hillier (Jack); her husband William Lewis McCaw; and her siblings-in-law, Harry (Charlie) and Mabel. She is survived by: her sister Nancy Jex (Ted) of Port Hope; her children, Michael William, Christopher David, Ruth Frances and Patricia Elizabeth; and her grandchildren, Heather McCaw, Sean McCaw, Sarah Duffy (Port Hope) and Graham Francis Duffy (Port Hope).
