With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Fern Aileen Lane of Port Hope, Ontario, who passed away on September 11, 2020 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her father Roy; her husband William Lane (Bill); her daughters, Heather McElroy (Glyn Evans) and Wendy Meadows (Peter); her grandchildren, Lorne McElroy (Tracy), Justine Gordon (Dwayne), Isaac Meadows (Caitlin) and Ian Meadows; and her great grandchildren, Angus, Charlie, Shay McElroy, Rayna, Amyah, Sylas Gordon, Jack and Harvey Meadows. She was also cherished by her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Regarding Covid restrictions, those planning to attend please RSVP to wpmeadows@hotmail. com masks are required and social distancing to be respected.
