He was predeceased by: his brother Ernest. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn (Taylor); his children, Constance (Connie), Miles McGinn, Debra Reid (late Bruce Dinner), Barry Reid (Mary Jane) and Cindy Dickson (Russell); his grandchildren, Kristin (Shawn Leeder), Mark McGinn (Kaitlyn), Joel Reid, Nichole (Charlie Murphy), Ashley Shaw (Bill), Andrew Dickson (Rebecca), Jenna Morash (Kevin) and Jasmine Dickson (Scott Blaier); his great grandchildren, Karmen, Carter, Devin Leeder, Peyton, Kiera McGinn, Coco Shaw, Amelia and Samuel Dickson; and his siblings, Cecil Reid and June (Smith).
Due to Covid gathering restrictions, a private family service will be held at Ross Funeral Chapel, Port Hope, on Monday, May 17, 2021, at 2 pm, followed by interment at Cobourg Union Cemetery.
