Bill Capener Obituary

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Linda Capener; his children, Terry Capener, Lloyd Capener (Debbie) and Cindy Miller; and his siblings, Freya Rutter (Gord), Les Capener (Wendy) and Charlene Rogers (Deanna). He was also cherished by six grandchildren and many great-grandchildren.
