He was predeceased by: his parents, Vernon and Vera; and his brother Jackson Peacock (Susan). He is survived by: his wife Helen; his children, John (Beata Talipski) of Sydney and Janet (Steve Higgins) of Halifax, NS.; his grandchildren, Ben (Nicole) and Laura (Adam Yip); and his great grandchildren, Sari, Rohan, Angus and Lily.

Memorial donations to The Northumberland Hills Hospital Foundation or to the Canadian Diabetes Association.
