He was predeceased by: his siblings, Bob, Rose and Mel; and his brothers-in-law, Joseph and Howard.

He is survived by: his wife Joan; his stepchildren, Peter (Lisa), Paul (Sherry), Cherry, Penny, Wendy (Andrew) and Stephen; his sisters, Margaret and Catherine; his sister-in-law Esther; and his nieces and nephews, Edward (Sophie), Raymond (Dorothy), Audrey (Frank), Cathy (Eric), Mark, Stephen (Laureen), Robert (Elan), Grant, Hugh and Maureen. He is also survived by his many grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Memorial donations to the Saugeen Memorial Hospital Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
