We are sad to announce that on February 1, 2025, Ola Young (Port Elgin, Ontario) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her daughter Louise Charlton of Owen Sound; her parents, Elmer and Aileen; her siblings, Shirley, Millie Swick, Carl, David, Tom and Elmer; and her brother-in-law Joe.
She is survived by: her children, Russell (Josie) of Keady, Darlene Doig (Paul) of Alberta, Brian (Tracy) of Coburg, Carol Kilday (Kenny) of Port Elgin, Mary Miller (Sam) of Meaford and Allen (Denise) of Wiarton; her son-in-law Herb Charlton; her siblings, Walter (Luella), Melinda (Jim) and Lesley (Dory); and her in-laws, Pat, Terry, Janice and Karen.
A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, April 20th 2025 at the Lakeshore Recreation Lounge (1177 Goderich St, Port Elgin, ON N0H2C3).
