She was predeceased by: her spouse Lloyd Lyness; her parents, Henry Esplen and Hazel Esplen; her brother Malcolm Esplen; and her brother-in-law Merton Jacques.
She is survived by: her children, David Lyness (Michelle), Donna Nicoll (Bev), Lenore Horner (Steven) and Linda White; her grandchildren, Vicki, Heather, Mary Lyness, Brad Nicoll (Lisa), Brent Nicoll (Joyce), Melanie McTeer (Tyler), Brady Nicoll, Stephanie Horner (Tyler Casemore), Tyler Horner (Jill), Robert and Laura White; her great grandchildren, Braden, Brandon, Claire, Kaylie, Chase and Kacie; her siblings, Catherine Jacques and Jack Esplen (Colleen); and her sibling-in-law Margaret Esplen.
