He is survived by: his parents, Kevin and Katie; his siblings, Lilly and Jolene; his grandparents, Ben Angel, Trudy Angel, Peter Richardson and Jean Richardson; his great-grandparent Rita Hemstock; and his aunts and uncles, Shawn Angel (Jen), Tim Angel (Robin), Adam Richardson (Sarah), Brent Richardson (Janie) and Tom Richardson (Heidi).
Memorial donations to the Ronald McDonald House Charities, the SickKids Foundation Toronto, or the Children's Health Foundation London would be appreciated by the family.
