She was predeceased by: her parents, Louis Mingo and Dorothy Mingo. She is survived by: her husband Lorn Caskey; her sons, Allan Lewis of Oshawa, Jerry Lewis of Oshawa and Seth Caskey of Whitby Ontario; and her grandchildren, Amber (Ryan), James, Sara, Monique and Kayla.
