He is survived by: his child Melville (Cindy); his grandchildren, Brad and Cody (Corie); his great grandchild Noah of St. Thomas; his siblings-in-law, Jaydee McMillan (Mary Jean) of Southampton and Adeline Bell of Owen Sound; his wife Madeline; his children, Joan and Bill; and his siblings, Beulah Wallace (Jim), Eldon Dennis (Darlene), Carl Dennis (Sue) and Douglas "Buzz" Dennis (Janis).

Memorial donations to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated by the family.
