He is survived by: his wife Linda (Hammell); his children, Alison, Ryan, Charlene (Mike) and Curtis (André); his grandchildren, Connor, Lilah, Nikolas, Hailey and Matthew; his siblings, Marilyn Perkins (Bob) and Loreen Cumming (Doug); and his siblings-in-law, Carolyn Huehn (Gerald), Ron Hammell (Janice), Jim Hammell (Marie), Bernice Potter (Ted), Dianne Ribey (Barry) and Lorie Alpaugh (Dennis).

Donations are gratefully accepted to The Owen Sound Regional Hospital Foundation, the Oncology Department, or a charity of your choice.
