It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Barbara Irwin (Port Elgin, Ontario), who passed away on January 25, 2019, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her spouse Ron; her children, Chris Heathers (Moko, Kerry), Dan Heathers (Jen, Tara Heathers), Alex Vance, Beverly Vance, Kevin Irwin (Sarah, Stephanie), Cherie Peattie and Mark Irwin (Penny); her parents, Howard Chappell and Margaret; her siblings, Jim Chappell (Grace, Brenda Chappell) and Suzanne Chappell; her parents-in-law, Betty Irwin and Wilmer Irwin; and her siblings-in-law, Bruce Irwin (Angie, Dave Irwin), Ray Irwin, Don Irwin (Eva, Ken Irwin) and Craig Irwin.
Memorial donations to the Kidney Foundation or the Owen Sound Hospital Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
