He was predeceased by: his parents, John Garland and Marion Garland. He is survived by: his partner Tracy King; his siblings, Sharon White, Shirley Lewis, Sheila Wolczk, Cindy Brown and Susie Bailey; and his pet Norman. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
