He is survived by: his parent Berniece Hilliard Smythe; his sister Mary Goldsberry of Hamilton; his brother-in-law Dennis Goldsberry of Hamilton; his nephew Gregory Goldsberry of Toronto; his niece Eleanor Smith (Dan) of Hamilton; and also, Bridget Smith and Aurora Smith.
