He was predeceased by: his parents, Stewart and Ruth. He is survived by: his children, Rebecca Perssia, Jeff Perssia, Brandon O'Neil and Lisa Ruttan; and his siblings, Penny (Tom Rebuk), Larry (Diane O'Neil), Jim (Cathy O'Neil) and Gary (Francis O'Neil). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
