He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer and Doris; and his brother Joe. He is survived by: his granddaughter Courtney Kukic (Zurron); his great grandchildren, Kya and Mia; and his siblings, Rick Caskenette (Ruth) and Marianne White (Marc).
