He was predeceased by: his wife Carrol; his parents, Don and Mary; and his siblings-in-law, Marge Simpson, Jim VanSickle and Robert Woolley.
He is survived by: his children-in-law, Teresa Simpson-Nasser (Adam Nasser), Shelley Shuttleworth (Grant Shuttleworth) and Kendra Simpson-Barnes (Jim Barnes); his grandchildren, Kali, Olen, James, David, Ketara, Kurseena, Kyra, Matthew, Griffin, Brooklyn, Addison and Avaiah; and his siblings, Roger Simpson, Lou VanSickle and Jean Woolley.
