He is survived by: his spouse Audrey; his children, John (Natasha) of Niagara Falls and Doug (Rachel) of Edmonton; his parents, John Miller (Erica) and June Miller; his sisters, Cindy McInally (Don) of Simcoe, Jacque Newton (Steve) of Woodstock and Vera Crossley (Mike) of Hannon; and his sisters-in-law, Joe Blake (Becky) of Kitchener, Dennis Blake (Minda) of Port Dover, Dan Blake (Maureen) of Winnipeg, Paul Blake (Cindy) of Oakville, Kathleen Musselman (Dave) of Glen Meyer and Dave James (Margaret) of Simcoe.
