It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jean Collins (Port Dover, Ontario), who passed away on November 15, 2022, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Jean Collins to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her former husband Art Collins; her husband John Kozmik; her brother Henry Douglas; and her siblings-in-law, Shirley Douglas and Albert Collins.
She is survived by: her daughter Darlene Fehrman (Darryl) of Jarvis; her grandchildren, Darralynn (Leroy), Jill (Chad) and Ian (Christi); her great grandchildren, Jacob, Daylon, Jordyn, Liam, Kane, Bryce and Jase; her brother George (Margorie) of British Columbia; and her siblings-in-law, Sandra Collins and Weyburn Collins. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
A service to celebrate Jean's life will take place at the Funeral Home Chapel on Monday November 21, 2022 at 11:00 a.m. For those wishing, donations to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated by the family.
