It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Briene Wintemute (Port Dover, Ontario), who passed away on January 23, 2021, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Briene Wintemute to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard and Catherine; his daughter Diana Dougherty; his brother Merel; his brothers-in-law, Jerry Regan and Allen Lear; and his sons-in-law, Brian Dougherty and Edward La Forme.

He is survived by: his wife Janet; his children, Vance (Dianne), John (Heather), Dorothea (Bob Doherty) and Leola Mummery of Port Dover; and his sisters, Sharon Regan and Marelee Lear. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Due to Covid restrictions a private gathering will be held at a later date.
