She was predeceased by: her parents, Samuel Costantino and Doreen Costantino; and her brothers, Joel and Ralph. She is survived by: her husband Don; her children, Andrew, Amanda and Daniel Barnhart; her sisters, Julie Wheaton (Ray) and Janice Ludlow (Rob); and her siblings-in-law, Debbie Tucker (late Robert) and Rick Cox. She is also survived by her many nieces, nephews and friends.
