He is survived by: his wife Elaine; his child Thomas Johnson (Sara); his stepchildren, James Perez (Heather), Sandra Perez and Louis J. Perez; his grandchildren, Max, Zachory, Kevin, Hailey and Hannah; his great grandchild Laurel Perez; and his siblings, Douglas and Margaret. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
