She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Ursacki and Carmella Ursacki. She is survived by: her husband Simon "Sam"; her children, Bob (Patti Anderson), Cathy and Lori Gwilt (late Daryl); her grandchildren, Mya, Simon, Mitchell (Rachel), Maxime, Lea (Greg), Maureen, Benjamin and Erin; her great grandchildren, Leo and Genevieve; and her brothers, Peter Ursacki (Gloria) and Dave Ursacki (Bev). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.

In lieu of flowers, donations to Rapelje Lodge would be appreciated by the family.
