She was predeceased by: her parents, Herbert Thorne and Minnie Thorne. She is survived by: her children, Shaun Firth, Shannon Airhardt (Bob) and Shane Firth; her grandchildren, Tucker, Amelia, Justin and Nathan; her sister Brenda Robinson (Gord); and her nephews, Heath and Troy.
