He was predeceased by: his parents, Frederick William Ranshaw and Mildred Irene Freeburg; and his sister Doris Hamilton. He is survived by: his wife Barbara; his daughters, Allison, Shannon and Aileen; and his grandchildren, Fiona, Devon, Gavin, Eliana, Dermot, Olivia, Aoife, Isaac and Matthew.
