He is survived by: his wife Ruth (Kirkpatrick); his children, Cathie (Mike), Laurie (Tom), Mike (Kim) and Dave (Laurie); and his brothers, Roger (Judy) and Dale (MaryLou). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews and lifelong friends.
