He was predeceased by: his wife Julia; his parents, Angus and Grace; his brothers, Ron and Gary; and his son Brett.
He is survived by: his children, Allana and Randy; his grandchildren, Benjamin (Victoria), Jonathan (Sarah-Kate), Rachel and Steven; and his brother Dale (MaryLou).
