She was predeceased by: her significant other Dr. Frederick Charles Hebert. She is survived by: her child Gail (Marc); her grandson Erick; her daughter Lynne (Mark); her grandchildren, Alicia (Nate), Matthew (Gus), Martyn (June), Marina (Craig), Rachael (Kevin), Lana (Kris), Brooke (Steve) and Chase; and her niece Diane (Gary). She is also survived by many great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the North Hastings Hospital or charity of your choice would be appreciated in memory of Patricia.
