He was predeceased by: his parents, Mike Iszak and Margaret Iszak; his sister Margaret Ferri; and the mothers of children, Judith Compton and Lynn Milligan.

He is survived by: his children, Chris, Shawna and Michael Iszak; his niece Cindy Ferri; his great-nephews, Dylan and Cody; his great-niece Victoria Barevich; and also, Sue Guglielmi (RJ), Steven, Carmen and Allen.
