With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Mary Cassar (Port Colborne, Ontario), who passed away on November 10, 2024 at the age of 95. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Joseph Cassar; her parents, George Borg and Josephine Borg; her siblings, Joe Borg, Spiro Borg (Salvina), Matilda Buttigieg (Joe), Charles Borg, Jane Landry, Nilda Borg and Emmanuel Borg; and her granddaughter Emily Brown.
She is survived by: her daughters, Josephine Embree (Stephen), Carmen Lannan (Thomas) and Barbara Brown (Christopher); her grandchildren, Ryan Lannan (Lindsay), Eric Embree (Taylor), Matthew Lannan (Michelle), Gregory Embree (Katherine), Sarah Embree and Megan Brown (Dakota); her great grandchildren, Samuel, Jacob Lannan, Elliot, Colin Embree, Lochlan Lannan and Leo Embree; and her siblings, Censa Psalia (Hector) and Doris Azzopardi (Tony). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In memory of Mary, donations can be made to St. Therese of Lisieux parish in Port Colborne.
