She was predeceased by: her parents, Leo and Marion; and her siblings, Mark, Leonard and Monica.
She is survived by: her significant other Milan Hornak; her children, Tammy Morden (Trevor), Chad Beaudoin (Brooke) and Jennifer Johnson (Chris); her stepchildren, Darlene Vaughan (Jim), Terri Roy (Jim) and James Hornak (Jodie); her grandchildren, Paige, Logan, Cooper Morden, Sara, Dylan Beaudoin, Marshall, Sarah Vaughan, John Roy (Emily), Rachel Roy (Paul), Alex and Ashley Hornak; her great grandchild Jack Roy; and her siblings, Nancy Taylor-Dagenais, Jeff Dagenais, Pam Laroche (Rick) and Gary Dagenais (Ginette). She is also survived by her many nieces, nephews, friends and relatives.
