He is survived by: his parents, Kris Phillips and Jutta Phillips (Reno); his sister Kristy Lee Napper (Bryan); his niece Ava Rayne Napper; his cousins, Airik Wicke (Sara) and Emma Wicke (Brendan); and also, Uwe Wicke (Leslie) and Laya.
