He was predeceased by: his parents, Gaetano Premi and Mary Premi; and his siblings, Angelo, John and Loretta.
He is survived by: his wife Patricia; his children, Sara (Woody McKaig), Tom (Marie), Grampa of Claire, Ryan, Aidan and Addy; his sister-in-law Kathyrn Ross Miller; and his caregivers, Shaun, Jay, Delight and Rosemary.
