She was predeceased by: her spouses, Teunis (Tony) and Koudijs. She is survived by: her children, Len, Mary Jane Scott (Don) and Richard Koudijs (Dawn); her grandchildren, Braden, Jordan (Melissa), Benjamin (Janelle), Thomas (Jessica), Erin (Jacob), Emma and Spencer; her great grandchildren, Darren, Byron, Skye and Joseph; her brother Jake (Marlene); her sister-in-law Donelle (late Dick); and her parents, Leendert and Adrianna.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to the Canadian Cancer Society would be greatly appreciated.
