He was predeceased by: his father Jean-Claude Lay; his wife Tammy Le Lay; his brother Paul Le Lay; and his grandparents, Joseph and Emelienne Le Lay.
He is survived by: his mother Anne Marie Le Lay of Port Colborne; his sons, Jean-Claude Le Lay (Misty) of Ridgeway and Daniel Le Lay of Port; his grandchildren, Joseph-Gwen, Jayda, Julia, Jace, Mathea and Emilia; his child Carmel DiPardo of Thorold; his sister Jacqueline Legault (Ken); and his sister-in-law Brenda Le Lay of Port Colborne. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, loved ones and friends.
If so desired, memorial donations made to the Canadian Cancer Society and would be appreciated by family.
