She was predeceased by: her husband David; and her sister June Mahood. She is survived by: her daughters, Cathy Sutherland (Cam) and Cindy Cote (Peter); her grandchildren, Darren Sutherland (Cameron), Colin Sutherland (Taurie) and Stephanie Culp; her great grandchildren, Eli, Max, Calvin and Dallas; and her brother-in-law Ken Mahood. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in memory of Gwen may be made to First Evangelical Lutheran Church or the Niagara Health Foundation.
