Visitation was held on Friday, January 3rd 2025 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Armstrong Funeral Home & Chapel (179 Clarence St, Port Colborne, ON L3K3G4). A funeral service was held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Armstrong Chapel (179 Clarence St, Port Colborne, ON L3K3G4).

In lieu of flowers, financial contributions in memory of Frank can be made to the SickKids Foundation.
