It is always difficult saying goodbye to someone we love and cherish. Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Elaine McAvoy (Port Colborne, Ontario), born in Welland, Ontario, who passed away at the age of 98, on October 17, 2024. She was predeceased by: her husband Kenneth A. McAvoy Sr.; her parents, Harold Robinson and Mary Robinson; and her sister Lois Reilly. She is survived by: her children, Lynne Pinchin (Alec), Elaine Hunter, Ken McAvoy (Tammy), Mary Barchiesi (Paul), Tim McAvoy (Linda) and Sheila McAvoy (Darren Lovely). She is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 23rd 2024 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Davidson Funeral Home (135 Clarence St, Port Colborne, ON L3K3G4).

In lieu of flowers, donations to the Canadian Cancer Society would be greatly appreciated.
