She was predeceased by: her mother Margherita (Leando); her brother John Boggio; her siblings-in-law, Louis, Mary Bendia, Sarah, Andy Dionne, Quindo, Josephine Bendia, Clyde, Ester Bendia, Louise, Emmerson Sprung, Nora, Eldon Minor, Lisa and Harry Biederman; and her father Francesco Boggio.
She is survived by: her husband Leando Bendia; her children, Diane Poehlman (Greg) and Alan Bendia (Diane); her granddaughters, Jennifer Weatherup (Greg), Carolyn Pauhl (Jeremy), Christine Bendia and Elizabeth Bendia (John Pockler); her great grandchildren, Sophie, Spencer Weatherup, Alexis and Josh Pauhl; and her siblings-in-law, Jean Walsh (late Lou), Albina Hopkins (late Jack) and John Chesniak (late Margaret).
